10 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
11 ARKANSAS.
12 SECTION 1. That the zoning classification of the following described property be changed from PCD,
13 Planned Commercial District,Revised to Revised PCD:
14 Z-6219-F: Part of the SE 1/4 Section 13, and Part of the NE Y4 Section 24, T-2-N,R-
15 14-W Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly described as: To the point of
16 beginning thence S 01°10'02" E, 706.72 feet; thence N 77°27'12" W, 119.18 feet;
17 thence N 61°41'17" W, 171.12 feet; thence N 42°20'02" W, 179.13 feet; thence N
18 27°15'51" W, 187.94 feet; thence N 00°07'06" W, 36.55 feet; thence N 29°19'41" W,
19 89.33 feet; thence N 31°044'33" W, 103.05 feet; thence N 03°40'13" E, 201.42 feet;
20 thence S 85°029'38" E, 253.88 feet; thence S 74°51'28" E,314.69 feet to the point of
21 beginning containing 7.5 acres,more or less.
22 SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development plan/plat be approved as recommended by the
23 Little Rock Planning Commission.
24 SECTION 3. That the change in zoning classification contemplated for Bella Rosa Drive Revised
25 Long-Form PCD, located at 16101 Cantrell Road (Z-6219-F), is conditioned upon obtaining a final plan ,
26 approval within the time specified by Chapter 36,Article VII,Section 36-454(e)of the Code of Ordinances.
27 SECTION 4. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little
28 Rock, Arkansas, and designated district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects
29 necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
30 SECTION 5. That this ordinance shall not take effect and be in full force until the final approval of
31 the plan.
32 SECTION 6. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase,
33 or word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
34 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and

1 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the
2 ordinance.
3 SECTION 7. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same that are inconsistent
4 with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
