4 PUBLIC HEARING ON AN APPEAL OF THE PLANNING
5 COMMISSION'S RECOMMENDATION OF DENIAL FOR A PLANNED
6 ZONING DISTRICT TITLED CANTRELL WEST REESTABLISHMENT
7 AND REVISED LONG -FORM PCD, LOCATED IN THE 14600 BLOCK
8 OF CANTRELL ROAD. (Z -7500-E), IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
9 ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

11 WHEREAS, a notice of appeal has been filed as a result of the action of the Little Rock Planning
12 Commission's recommendation of denial for a planned Zoning District titled Cantrell West
13 Reestablishment and Revised Long -Form PCD, located in the 14600 block of Cantrell Road. (Z -7500-E),
14 in the City of Little Rock, Arkansas.
15 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF '111E CITY
16 OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
17 Section 1. The hearing on the notice of appeal of the denial for a planned Zoning District titled
18 Cantrell West Reestablishment and Revised Long -Form PCD, located in the 14600 block of Cantrell
19 Road (Z -7500-E), in the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, shall be held at a meeting of the Board of
20 Directors of the City of Little Rock in the Board Room of City Hall at six o'clock on the 17'' day of
21 November, 2015.
22 Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice of such hearing in the manner prescribed
23 by law by publication once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a newspaper published in Pulaski
24 County, Arkansas, and having a general circulation in the City of Little Rock.
