5 ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND
6 FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

8 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
9 ARKANSAS.
10 Section 1. That the zone classification of the following property be and is hereby changed as
11 indicated:
12 Z-5936-M: Described as a tract of land located in the NW 1/4 of Section 36, T-2-N,
13 R-14-W, Pulaski County Arkansas being more particularly described as: Starting
14 at the West corner of Lot 8, Tract 5, Chenal Valley, an addition to the City of Little
15 Rock, Arkansas, said corner also being on the south right-of-way of Rahling Road;

11 Section 2. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little
12 Rock and designated district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to
13 affect and designate the changes provided for in Section 1 hereof.
14 Section 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be in full force 30 days after the date of its
15 passage and approval.
16 Section 4. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or
17 word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
18 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and
19 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the
20 ordinance.
21 Section 5. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same, that are inconsistent
22 with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
