3 A RESOLUTION TO AMEND LITTLE ROCK, ARK., RESOLUTION NO.
4 13,440 (FEBRUARY 7,2012)TO MAKE APPOINTMENT TO THE LITTLE
5 ROCK CITIZENS EVALUATION OF NEW TAX (LR CENT)
6 COMMITTEE; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

8 WHEREAS,the City created the Little Rock Citizens Evaluation of New Tax(LR CENT)Committee
9 by Resolution No. 13,440 (February 7, 2012), and needs to make an appointment for the Ward 1
10 representative after consultation between the Mayor and Ward 1 Director Erma Hendrix;
11 NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
12 OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS:
13 Section 1. Denise Jones Ennett is appointed as the Ward 1 Representative of the LR Cent Committee.
14 Section 2. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or
15 word of this resolution is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
16 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the resolution which shall remain in full force and
17 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional were not originally a part of the
18 resolution.
19 Section 3.Repealer. All laws, ordinances,resolutions,or parts of the same,that are inconsistent with
20 the provisions of this resolution are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
