AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 30 OF
THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR A
DEFERRAL OF MASTER STREET PLAN
CONSTRUCTION REQUIREMENTS FOR KANIS
ROAD AND STEWART ROAD
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 30 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide for a
deferral of certain requirements within the Master Street Plan for Tucker's Re -plat of
Tract 1 in the John D. Shackleford Acres Addition to Pulaski County, located on the
southwest corner of Kanis Road and Stewart Road.
Subsection a. That Chapter 30 Article VI requiring developers to construct
roadway improvements to the requirements of the Master Street Plan be deferred
for a period of five years, or until adjacent development occurs, for the proposed
two lot plat. The specific waiver is for widening and improving Kanis Road and
Stewart Road.
Subsection b. A right -of -way dedication of 45' from centerline will be required
to be shown on the plat for Kanis Road and Stewart Road as called for in the
Master Street Plan.
SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its
passage.
