AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 30 OF
THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR A
DEFFERAL OF MASTER STREET PLAN
CONSTRUCTION REQUIREMENTS FOR FOSTER
STREET
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 30 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide for a
deferral of certain requirements within the Master Street Plan for the West Heights Place
Re -plat located on the west side of the 3900 — 4000 block of Foster Street.
Subsection a. That Chapter 30 Article VI requiring developers to construct
roadway improvements to the requirements of the Master Street Plan be deferred
for a period of five years, or until adjacent development occurs, for widening and
improving Foster Street.
Subsection b. The right -of -way dedication as shown on the approved preliminary
plat meets what is called for in the Master Street Plan.
SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its
passage.
