AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIANCE FROM
VARIOUS LOT DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS OF
CHAPTER 31 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; PROVIDING FOR A
VARIANCE TO ALLOW FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF
LOTS WITH A REDUCED LOT WIDTH FOR WEST
HEIGHTS PLACE REPLAT (5- 1468), LOCATED IN THE
3900 — 4000 BLOCK OF FOSTER STREET.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That a variance from various lot design standards of Chapter 31 of
the Code of Ordinances is granted to provide for variances of certain requirements within
the Subdivision Regulations of the City of Little Rock for the West Heights Place Replat
(5 -1468) as follows:
Subsection A. That variances are granted from the provisions of Chapter 31,
Section 31 -232 for the West Heights Place Replat; Lots A and D of the West Heights
Place Replat to allow lots with a reduced lot width.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its
passage.
