A RESOLUTION MAKING APPOINTMENTS AND REAPPOINTMENTS
TO VARIOUS CITY OF LITTLE ROCK BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The following named persons are hereby appointed, reappointed, or
reinstated as members of the following Boards and /or Commissions:
BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
Andrew V. Francis, reappointed to serve a second full three -year term, said term
expiring February 19, 2008.
J. Fletcher Hanson III, appointed to serve a full three -year term, said term
expiring February 19, 2008.
CITY BEAUTIFUL COMMISSION
Jan Baker, appointed to serve an unexpired term, said term expiring October 19,
2007.

Glenn Davis, reappointed to serve a second full three -year term, said term
expiring February 21, 2008.

Bob Lanford, appointed to serve as an ex- offcio member, term expiration date not

Lee Charles Johnson, appointed to fill an unexpired term left vacant by the
resignation of Blair Allen, said term expiring February 16, 2007.
REGIONAL WATER COMMISSION
Jay Hartman, appointed to fill an unexpired term left vacant by the resignation of
Alma Williams, said term expiring July 1, 2009.
SECTION 2. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
