4 ARTS CENTER BOARD OF TRUSTEES; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

6 NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
7 OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS:
8 Section 1. Ashley Merriman is hereby appointed as a member of Arkansas Arts Center Board of
9 Trustees to fill the unexpired term of Matt Reddin, said term to expire on June 30,2016.
10 Section 2. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
