That the zoning classification of the following described property be changed from R- 13 2, Single-Family District,to POD, Planned Office District: 14 Z-6782-C: Lot 12 Hopson and Sachs described as follows: beginning at the southwest corner 15 of Lot 12 Hopson and Sachs,Pulaski County,Arkansas and a point on the east right-of-way 16 line of John Barrow Road; thence north O1°46'54"E along the east right-of-way line of John 17 Barrow Road 330.60 feet to the northwest corner of Lot 12, Hopson and Sachs, Pulaski 18 County, Arkansas; thence S88°21'31"E along the north line of Lot 12, Hopson and Sachs, 19 Pulaski County, Arkansas 607.33 feet to a point on the west line of Kanis Place; thence 20 S01°38'40"W along the west line of Asbury Park Apartments 331.0 feet to a point on the north 21 line of Brownwood Terrace, Phase One, Pulaski County, Arkansas; thence N88°19'16"W 22 along the north line of Brownwood Terrace, Phase One, Pulaski County, Arkansas 608.12 23 feet to the point of beginning containing 4.62 acres,more or less. 24 SECTION 2. That the change in zoning classification contemplated for Second Baptist Church Short- 27 Form POD (Z-6782-C), located at 1709 John Barrow Road, is conditioned upon obtaining a final plan 28 approval within the time specified by Chapter 36,Article VII,Section 36-454(e)of the Code of Ordinances. 29 SECTION 4. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little 30 Rock, Arkansas, and designated district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects 31 necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof. 32 SECTION 5. That this ordinance shall not take effect and be in full force until the final approval of 33 the plan. [Page 1 of 2] 1 SECTION 6. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, 2 or word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or 3 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and 4 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the 5 ordinance. 6 SECTION 7. Repealer.
