That the zoning classification of the following described property be changed from 13 Revised POD,Planned Office District,to Revised POD: 14 Z-5800-D: A tract of land in the NE 1/4 NW 1/4 Section 9,T-1-N,R-13-W,City of Little Rock, 15 Pulaski County,Arkansas,more particularly described as: Starting at an iron pin at the SW 16 Corner of the said NE '/4,NW '/4; thence S88°58'50"E along the south line of said NE'/4,NW 17 '/4 for 43.55 feet to the point of beginning thence along a curve to the right having a radius of 18 740.00 feet by a chord bearing N04°29'26"W for 115.46 feet to an iron pin at the end of said 19 curve; thence N00°00'59" for 239.97 feet to an iron pin; thence S87°45'15" for 129.7.25 feet 20 to an iron pin; thence S01°44'14"W for327.12 feet to an iron pin at the SE Corner of the NE 21 '/4 NW '/4; thence N88°58'50"W along the south line of the said NE '/4 NW '/4 for 1277.33 feet 22 to the point of beginning; containing 10.102 acres,more or less. 23 SECTION 2. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, 2 or word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or 3 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and 4 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the 5 ordinance. 6 SECTION 7. Repealer.
