AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $46 , 000. 00 FROM THE
CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECT FUND FOR KANIS
PARK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES .
WHEREAS, the master plan for Kanis Park has been
completed and approved and construction plans are now
being developed for certain projects in Kanis Park;
and
WHEREAS , $46 , 000 .00 needs to be appropriated so that
contracts for this work can be obtained.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS :
SECTION 1 . That $46 ,000 . 00 is hereby appropriated from
the 1977 Capital Improvement Project Fund for Kanis Park.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
