AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
FUNDS FOR THE 13TH STREET BRIDGE; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That $245, 000 estimated construction costs;
$24 , 500 contingency and $35, 000 engineering costs for an over-
all total of $304, 500 is hereby appropriated from the Capital
Improvement Project Funds for the 13th Street Bridge.
SECTION 2 . That this Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage.
