4 APPOINTMENTS TO THE ARKANSAS ARTS CENTER BOARD OF
5 TRUSTEES; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

7 NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
8 OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS:
9 Section 1. The following named individuals are hereby appointed as members of Arkansas Arts
10 Center Board of Trustees:
11 Sara Batcheller, re-appointed to serve her second four(4)-year term, said term to expire on June
12 30,2019.
13 Deborah Havner, appointed to fill the unexpired term of Sharon Bailey, said term to expire on
14 June 30,2017.
15 Kaki Hockersmith, re-appointed to serve her second four (4)-year term, said term to expire on
16 June 30,2019.
17 Brenda Mize, appointed to serve her first four(4)-year term, said term to expire on June 30,2019.
18 Patrick O'Sullivan, appointed to serve his first four(4)-year term, said term to expire on June 30,
19 2019.
20 Terri Snowden, re-appointed to serve her second four(4)-year term, said term to expire on June
21 30,2019.
22 Kyle Stroud, appointed to serve his first four(4)-year term, said term to expire on June 30, 2019.
23 Van Tilbury, re-appointed to serve his second four(4)-year term, said term to expire on June 30,
24 2019.
25 Section 2. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
