3 A RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER
4 INTO A CONTRACT WITH ROBERTS-McNUTT, INC., TO PROVIDE
5 EXTERIOR MASONRY WORK AT LITTLE ROCK CITY HALL; AND
6 FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

8 WHEREAS, an invitation to bid on an annual contract, under Bid No. 15134, was issued to provide
9 exterior masonry work at City Hall, and Roberts-McNutt, Inc., submitted the lowest qualifying quotation
10 of Seventy-Four Thousand, Six Hundred Ninety Dollars ($74,690.00) for labor and material to provide
11 work as described in the bid documents;
12 NOW,THEREFORE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY
13 OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS:
14 Section 1. The Board of Directors hereby authorizes the City Manager to enter into a contract with
15 Roberts-McNutt, Inc., to provide exterior masonry work total bid price of Seventy-Four Thousand, Six
16 Hundred Ninety Dollars ($74,690.00) plus a contingence of Twenty-Five Thousand Dollars ($25,000.00)
17 for a total cost not to exceed Ninety-Nine Thousand, Six Hundred Ninety Dollars($99,690.00).
18 Section 2. Funds are available from Building Services Facility Improvement Account 108409-
19 S40A434.
20 Section 3. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or
21 word of this resolution is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
22 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the resolution which shall remain in full force and
23 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional were not originally a part of the
24 resolution.
25 Section 4. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same, that are inconsistent
26 with the provisions of this resolution, are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
