3 AN OR CE TO ABANDON APPROXIMATELY 413 LINEAR-FEET
4 OF THE UNDEVELOPED 31.74-FOOT WIDE KIRK ROAD RIGHT-OF-
5 WAY, LOCATED WEST OF THE CURRENT DEDICATED KIRK ROAD,
6 IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS (G-23-454); AND FOR
7 OTHER PURPOSES.

9 WHEREAS, a request was made to abandon approximately 413 linear-feet of the undeveloped
10 31.74-foot wide Kirk Road right-of-way, located west of the current dedicated Kirk Road (across Kirk
11 Road from the Fellowship Bible Church development, pursuant to the City's general Police Power
12 Authority under Ark. Code Ann. § 14-54-104; and,
13 WHEREAS,the Board has determined all adjacent property owners have agreed to the abandonment
14 request and no other property owners are required to be notified of the request;
15 NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
16 OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS:
17 Section 1. The Board of Directors hereby releases, vacates, and abandons approximately 413 linear-
18 feet of the undeveloped 31.74-foot wide Kirk Road right-of-way, which is located west of the current
19 dedicated Kirk Road(across Kirk Road from the Fellowship Bible Church development.)
20 Section 2. A copy of this ordinance, duly certified by the City Clerk, shall be filed in the real estate
21 records of the recorder of the Circuit Clerk in ex officio recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas.
22 Section 3. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or
23 word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
24 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and
25 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional were not originally a part
26 of the ordinance.
27 Section 4. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same that are
28 inconsistent with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
