That the zoning classification of the following described property be changed from I-2, 13 Light Industrial District,to PID, Planned Industrial District: 14 Lot 6 of Block A of Enmar Subdivision, Pulaski County, Arkansas, being more 15 particularly described as follows: Commencing at the Pagis 2036 GPS monument; 16 thence N70°28'49"W 1910.47' to a fence corner and the point of beginning; thence 17 N87°31'22"W 150.00' to a found %-inch rear; thence NO3°09'19"E 131.55' to a found 18 %-inch rebar; thence S87°24'16"E 150.0' to a found %-inch rebar and the west right- 19 of-way of Enmar Street; thence along the said right-of-way S03°08'58"W 131.24-foot 20 to the point of beginning. 21 SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development plan/plat be approved as recommended by the 22 Little Rock Planning Commission. 23 SECTION 3. That the change in zoning classification contemplated for McGrew Short-Form PID(Z- 24 9003), located at 7600 Enmar Drive, is conditioned upon obtaining a final plan approval within the time 25 specified by Chapter 36, Article VII, Section 36-454 (e)of the Code of Ordinances. 26 SECTION 4. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little 27 Rock, Arkansas, and designated district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects 28 necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in Section I hereof. 29 SECTION 5. That this ordinance shall not take effect and be in full force until the final approval of 30 the plan. 31 SECTION 6. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, 32 or word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or 33 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and [Page 1 of21 1 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the 2 ordinance. 3 SECTION 7. Repealer.
