3 AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE
4 CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING THE OFFICIAL
5 ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND
6 FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

8 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
9 ARKANSAS.
10 Section 1. That the zone classification of the following property be and is hereby changed as
11 indicated:
12 Z-5667-B: Described as part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of ow,,,,,,,,,,,���
13Section 9,Township 1 South,Range 13 West of the Fifth Principal Meridian,City of .�`' t� El RCU/j,,,
14Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, said parcel consisting of all of Lots 1; o
15 through 6 of the Three "G" Subdivision and McGee Road, containing 4.45 acresr "� Y 4�►4 =
16more or less, less and except the portion of land described as the northeasterly�� ` .,' ,4
17 corner triangle of Lot 1 of the Three "G" Subdivision that is North of the Centerline sc®uNri, Ps�.`'.
18 of Otter Creek South Road, containing 0.06 acres, more or less; said triangle being
19 more particularly described as follows:

21 Commencing at a point on the east right-of-way line of Interstate 30 and also being
22 the northwest-most corner of Lot 4 Three "G" Subdivision, thence North 43
23 Degrees 59 Minutes 19 Seconds East 508.46 feet along east right-of-way line of
24 Interstate 30 to the northern-most corner of Lot 1 Three "G" Subdivision as a point
25 of beginning; thence South 1 Degree 1 Minute 1 Second East 99.76 feet to the
26 centerline of Otter Creek South Road; thence following said road centerline along a
27 curve to the right an arc distance of 70.72 feet, said curve having a radius of 510.06
28 feet, and a chord bearing and distance of North 49 Degrees 16 Minutes 53 Seconds
29 West 70.66 feet; thence North 43 Degrees 59 Minutes 19 Seconds East 74.56 feet to

1 Section 2. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little
2 Rock and designated district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to
3 affect and designate the changes provided for in Section 1 hereof.
4 Section 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force 30 days after the date of its
5 passage and approval.
6 Section 4. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or
7 word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
8 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and
9 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the
10 ordinance.
11 Section 5. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same, that are inconsistent
12 with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
