3 A RESOLUTION TO SET MARCH 17, 2015, AS THE DATE OF
4 HEARING ON THE REQUEST TO ABANDON THE EAST 133 FEET OF
5 THE ALLEY RIGHT-OF-WAY LOCATED WITHIN BLOCK 7,
6 PFEIFER'S ADDITION, SAID PORTION OF THE ALLEY BEING
7 ADJACENT TO LOTS 6 THROUGH 22, BLOCK 7, PFEIFER'S
8 ADDITION (G-23-453), IN THE CITY OF LITTLE, ARKANSAS; AND
9 FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

11 WHEREAS, a petition has been filed with the City Clerk requesting that the Board of Directors
12 abandon the East 133 feet of the alley right-of-way located within Block 7, Pfeifer's Addition, said
13 portion of the alley requested to be abandoned being adjacent to Lots 6 through 22, Block 7, Pfeifer's
14 Addition, pursuant to its general Police Power Authority under Ark. Code Ann. §14-54-104;
15 NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
16 OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS:
17 Section 1. The hearing on the ordinance to abandon the above-mentioned right-of-way shall be held
18 at a meeting of the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock in the Board Room of City Hall at six
19 o'clock on March 17, 2015.
20 Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice of such hearing in the manner prescribed
21 by law by publication once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a newspaper published in Pulaski
22 County,Arkansas, and having a general circulation in the City of Little Rock.
