That the zoning classification of the following described property be changed from 13 Revised PD-C, Planned Development—Commercial,to Revised PD-C: 14 Lots 10 and 11 Block 3, Riffel and Holder's Addition to the City of Little Rock, 15 Pulaski County,Arkansas. 16 SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development plan/plat be approved as recommended by 17 the Little Rock Planning Commission. 18 SECTION 3. That the change in zoning classification contemplated for 4314 Asher Avenue 19 Revised Short-Form PD-C (Z-8490-C), located at 4314 Asher Avenue, is conditioned upon obtaining 20 a final plan approval within the time specified by Chapter 36, Article VII, Section 36-454 (e) of the 21 Code of Ordinances. 22 SECTION 4. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of 23 Little Rock, Arkansas, and designated district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the 24 respects necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof. 25 SECTION 5. That this ordinance shall not take effect and be in full force until the final approval 26 of the plan. 27 SECTION 6. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, 28 phrase, or word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such 29 declaration or adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain 30 in full force and effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not 31 originally a part of the ordinance. 32 SECTION 7. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same that are 33 inconsistent with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such 34 inconsistency.
