AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 30 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
PROVIDING FOR A DEFERRAL OF MASTER STREET PLAN
HALF - STREET IMPROVEMENTS AT THE NORTHEAST
CORNER OF WEST 12TH STREET AND JEFFERSON STREET
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 30 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide for a
five -year deferral of certain requirements within the Master Street Plan for the Treadway
Re -plat 1115 West 12th Street.
Subsection a. That Chapter 30 Article VI requiring developers to dedicate right -
of -way and construct half - street improvements to the requirements of the Master
Street Plan be deferred for a period of five years or until adjacent development
occurs, whichever occurs first. The specific deferral is for half street widening
and improvements on Jefferson Street and to repair or replace damaged curb and
sidewalk on 12th Street.
SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its
passage.
