NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: Section 1. That the zoning classification of the following described property be changed from R-2, Single -Family District, and PD -C, Planned Development — Commercial, to PD -C: Part of the NW '/4 of the NE %, Section 19, T -2-N, R -13-W, more particularly described as follows: Commence at the southwest corner of said NW '/4 of the NE '/e, Section 19 and run thence north 519 feet to the point of beginning; thence north 284 feet to the center of Highway No. 10; thence N65°E, 156 -feet; thence south 250 feet; thence east 178.5 feet; thence south 100 feet; thence west 314 feet to the point of beginning, containing 1.49 -acre of land, more or less, in Pulaski County, Arkansas. AND TiEt Part of the NW V4 of the NE 1/4, Section 19, T -2-N, R -13-W, being described as: `� beginning at a point 510.27 feet north of the southwest corner of said NW '/4 NE V4; run thence N88°08'45"E, 209.67 feet; run thence N89°12'50"W, 209.53 feet to the west line of said NW '/4 NE '/4; run thence south, 9.66 feet to the point of beginning, containing 1,012 square -feet, more or less. That the change in zoning classification contemplated for Murphy USA Short -Form PD -C 6 (Z -4386-B), located on the southeast corner of Cantrell and Taylor Loop Roads, is conditioned upon 7 obtaining a final plan approval within the time specified by Chapter 36, Article VII, Section 36-454 (e) of 8 the Code of Ordinances. 9 Section 4. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, 10 Arkansas, and designated district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary 11 to affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof. 12 Section 5. That this ordinance shall not take effect and be in full force until the final approval of the 13 plan. 14 Section 6. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or 15 word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or 16 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and 17 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional were not originally a part of the 18 ordinance. 19 Section 7. Repealer.
