4 HEARING ON THE REQUEST TO ABANDON THE NORTH NINETY-
5 NINE (99) FEET OF THE TWENTY (20)-FOOT WIDE (NORTH/SOUTH)
6 ALLEY RIGHT-OF-WAY LOCATED WITHIN BLOCK BOUNDED BY
7 WEST 26TH, WEST 27TH, ALLIS AND BROWN STREETS (UNPLATTED
8 BLOCK). (G-23-446), IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS;
9 AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

11 WHEREAS, a petition has been filed with the City Clerk requesting that the Board of Directors
12 abandon the north ninety-nine (99) feet of the twenty (20)-foot wide (north/south) alley right-of-way
13 located within the block bounded by West 26th, West 27th, Allis and Brown Streets (unplatted block) (G-
14 23-446), in the City of Little Rock,Arkansas;
15 NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
16 OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS:
17 Section 1. The hearing on the ordinance to abandon the above-mentioned easement shall be held at a
18 meeting of the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock in the Board Room of City Hall at six o'clock
19 on September 2, 2014.
20 Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice of such hearing in the manner prescribed
21 by law by publication once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a newspaper published in Pulaski
22 County,Arkansas,and having a general circulation in the City of Little Rock.
