3 A RESOLUTION TO SET SEPTEMBER 2, 2014, AS THE DATE OF
4 HEARING ON THE REQUEST TO ABANDON THE EAST 184 FEET OF
5 THE FIFTY-FIVE (55)-FOOT WIDE WEST 13TH STREET RIGHT-OF-
6 WAY, LOCATED BETWEEN PINE AND CEDAR STREETS (G-23-448),
7 IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER
8 PURPOSES.

10 WHEREAS, a petition has been filed with the City Clerk requesting that the Board of Directors
11 abandon the east 184 feet of the fifty-five (55)-foot wide West 13th Street right-of-way, located between
12 Pine and Cedar Streets, in the City of Little Rock, Arkansas;
13 NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
14 OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS:
15 Section 1. The hearing on the ordinance to abandon the above-mentioned easement shall be held at a
16 meeting of the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock in the Board Room of City Hall at six o'clock
17 on September 2, 2014.
18 Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice of such hearing in the manner prescribed
19 by law by publication once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a newspaper published in Pulaski
20 County, Arkansas,and having a general circulation in the City of Little Rock.
