Code Ann. § 14-54-104; and; 12 WHEREAS, the Board has determined that the abandonment of the aforementioned easement will 13 not have an adverse impact on the adjacent property owners or the public welfare and safety; 14 NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY 15 OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS: 16 Section 1. The Board of Directors hereby releases, vacates and abandons a twenty (20)-foot wide 17 alley, including the abandonment of all easements adjacent to Lots 4-6 and 7-9, Block 169 John Barrow 18 Addition, located within the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas. 19 Section 2. The applicant is the abutting property owner and no other property owners are required to 20 be notified of the abandonment request. 21 Section 3. A copy of this ordinance, duly certified by the City Clerk, shall be filed in the real estate 22 records of the recorder of the Circuit Clerk in ex-officio recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas. 23 Section 4. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or 24 word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or 25 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and 26 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional were not originally a part 27 of the ordinance. 28 Section 5. Repealer.
