A gate in the fence will allow 32 access from the commercial zoned property onto the residential zoned portion only to 33 allow for the mowing and maintenance of the R-2 zoned property. 34 • All lights on the property are to be shielded downward and into the site. [Page 1 of 21 1 • There is to be no salvage of any kind on the property. 2 • The wood fence and the green space on the R-2 zoned property must be maintained. 3 Section 3. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little 4 Rock and designated district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to 5 affect and designate the changes provided for in Sections 1 and 2 hereof. 6 Section 4. That the ordinance shall take effect and be in full force thirty(30) days after the date of its 7 passage and approval. 8 Section 5. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or 9 word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or 10 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and 11 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional were not originally a part of the 12 ordinance. 13 Section 6. Repealer.
