That the zone classification of the following property be and is hereby changed as 11 indicated: 12 13 Z-8947: Described as Tracts 64, 65, 66, 67 and 69, Woodlawn Acres Tracts, now in 14 the City of Little Rock,Pulaski County,Arkansas. 15 AND 16 Lots 1 and 2, Piedmont Subdivision, in the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, 17 Arkansas: From R-2, Single-Family District, to AF, Agriculture and Forestry 18 District (with conditions). That the zoning of the above described property is subject to the following conditions 22 which were proposed by the applicant for the property described in Section 1 of this ordinance and which 23 shall be covenants running with the land to bind subsequent grantees of the property: 24 • A fifty (50)-foot undisturbed buffer will be maintained along the south perimeter of 25 Tracts 64-67 and 69, Woodlawn Acres Tracts and along the west perimeter of Tract 26 64, Woodlawn Acres Tracts. 27 • The raising of livestock and poultry will be a prohibited use of the property. 28 Section 3. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little 29 Rock and designated district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to 30 affect and designate the changes provided for in Sections 1 and 2 hereof. 31 Section 4. That the ordinance shall take effect and be in full force thirty(30) days after the date of its 32 passage and approval. 33 Section 5. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or 34 word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or [Page 1 of 21 1 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and 2 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional were not originally a part of the 3 ordinance. 4 Section 6. Repealer.
