10 Section 1. That the zone classification of the following property be and is hereby changed as
11 indicated:

13 Z-6829-B: Described as part of the SE '/4 NE '/4, Section 36, T-2-N, R-14-W, Pulaski
14 County,Arkansas being more particularly described as follows:

16 BEGINNING at the NW corner of the SE '/4 NE '/4 of said Section 36; thence
17 S88°52'00" E along the north line of said SE 'A NE '/4, a distance of 523.78 feet to the
18 westerly right-of-way line of Kirk Road; thence S23°52'34" E along said westerly
19 right-of-way line, a distance of 37.03 feet; thence continue along said easterly right-of-
20 way line on a curve to the right having a Radius of 555.00 feet,an Arc length of 614.88
21 feet and a Chord that bears S07°10'34" W, a distance of 583.91 feet; thence
22 S39°04'53" W along said westerly right-of-way line, a distance of 619.93 feet; thence
23 continue along said westerly right-of-way line on a curve to the left having a Radius of
24 645.00 feet, an Arc Length of 220.82 feet and a Chord that bears 529°16'24" W, a
25 distance of 219.75 feet to the west line of said SE 'A NE '/4; thence N01°30'48" E along
26 said west line, a distance of 1296.70 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING, containing
27 11.42 Acres (497,671 square-feet), more or less: From MF-18, Multi-Family District,
28 to 0-2, Office and Institutional District (west side of Kirk Road, approximately 800
29 feet south of Rahling Road).
30 Section 2. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little
31 Rock and designated district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to
32 affect and designate the changes provided for in Sections 1 and 2 hereof.
33 Section 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be in full force thirty (30) days after the date
34 of its passage and approval.

1 Section 4. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase,
2 or word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
3 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and
4 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the
5 ordinance.
6 Section 5. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same, that are inconsistent
7 with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
