7 WHEREAS, the Little Rock Planning Commission has reviewed the Land Use Plan and "notR'r

8 recommends it for adoption;
9 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
10 OF LITTLE ROCK:
11 Section 1. Located in T2N R14W Sec. 36 on the west side of Kirk Road at Wellington Village Drive,
12 the Land Use Plan is changed from Residential High Density to Office as shown on the attached graphic.
13 Section 2. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or
14 word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
15 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and
16 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional were not originally a part of the
17 ordinance.
18 Section 3. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same that are inconsistent
19 with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
