3 A RESOLUTION TO MAKE APPOINTMENTS AND
4 REAPPOINTMENTS TO THE ARKANSAS ARTS CENTER BOARD OF
5 TRUSTEES; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

7 NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
8 OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS:
9 Section 1. The following named individuals are hereby appointed as members of Arkansas Arts
10 Center Board of Trustees:
11 Albert Braunfisch, appointed to serve his first four(4)-year term, said term expiring on June 30,
12 2018.
13 Merritt Dyke,appointed to serve his first four(4)-year term, said term expiring on June 30,2018.
14 John Harris, appointed to fill the unexpired term of Errin Dean, said term expiring on June 30,
15 2016.
16 Michael Shelley, appointed to serve his first four (4)-year term, said term expiring on June 30,
17 2018.
18 Patricia Wilson, appointed to serve her first four (4)-year term, said term expiring on June 30,
19 2018.
20 Section 2. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
