3 AN ORDINANCE TO ABANDON PORTIONS OF THE UTILITY AND
4 DRAINAGE EASEMENTS LOCATED ON LOTS 6 AND 7, WOODLAND
5 FARM ESTATES, LOCATED AT 10 PINE VIEW PLACE (G-24-044), IN
6 THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER
7 PURPOSES.

9 WHEREAS, a request was made to abandon a portion of the utility and drainage easements located
10 on Lots 6 and 7, Woodland Farm Estates, located at 10 Pine View Place, in the City of Little Rock,
11 Arkansas, pursuant to the City's general police power authority under Ark. Code Ann. § 14-54-104; and,
12 WHEREAS, the Board has determined that the abandonment of the aforementioned easement will
13 not have an adverse impact on the adjacent property owners or the public welfare and safety;
14 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
15 OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS:
16 Section 1. The Board of Directors hereby releases, vacates, and abandons portions of the utility and
17 drainage easements located on Lots 6 and 7, Woodland Farm Estates, located at 10 Pine View Place.
18 Section 2. All utilities and Public Works have approved the specific abandonments, which are
19 described as:
20 The south fifteen (15) feet of the twenty (20)-foot easement located along the north perimeter
21 of Lot 7, Woodland Farm Estates, Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas; and,
22 A portion of the sixteen (16)-foot wide easement located along and either side, eight (8) feet
23 either side, of the common lot line between Lots 6 and 7, Woodland Farm Estates, Little Rock,
24 Pulaski County, Arkansas; beginning at the twenty-five (25)-foot front building line of said lots
25 and extending to a point twenty(20) feet west of the east property line of Lot 6.
26 Section 3. A copy of this ordinance, duly certified by the City Clerk, shall be filed in the real estate
27 records of the recorder of the Circuit Clerk in ex officio recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas.
28 Section 4. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or
29 word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
30 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and
31 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional were not originally a part
