4 COMMISSIONER ON THE LITTLE ROCK HOUSING AUTHORITY
5 BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

7 NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
8 OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS:
9 Section 1: Valerie Brown, is hereby appointed as a commissioner to the Little Rock Housing
10 Authority Board of Commissioners to fill the unexpired term of Kathy Webb, said term to
11 expire on September 30, 2018.
12 Section 2: This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
