A RESOLUTION MAKING APPOINTMENTS,
REAPPOINTMENTS, AND REINSTATEMENTS TO VARIOUS
BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The following named persons are hereby reappointed as members of the
following Boards and/or Commissions:
CITY BEAUTIFUL COMMISSION
Cita Cobb, reinstated to complete her first full three -year term, said term expiring on
October 19, 2006.
CIVIL SERVICE COMMISSION
Randolph Hamlin, reappointed to serve a first full six -year term, said term expiring
on April 1, 2011.
Barbara Harvel, reappointed to serve a second full six -year term, said term expiring
on April 1, 2011.
COMMUNITY HOUSING ADVISORY BOARD
Bill McElwee, appointed to serve a three -year term, said term expiring June 2, 2007.
MUSEUM OF DISCOVERY BOARD OF TRUSTEES
Harry Hamlin, appointed to serve a three -year term, said term expiring December 31,
2007.
Julia Birkett, appointed to serve a three -year term, said term expiring December 31,
2007.
RACIAL AND CULTURAL DIVERSITY COMMISSION
Mark DeYmaz, reinstated to complete his unexpired term, said term expiring on
March 31, 2006.
John Siccardi, reinstated to complete his 2 °a full three -year term, said term expiring
on March 31, 2006.
Charles Spohn, reinstated to complete his 1 st full three -year term, said term expiring
March 31, 2006.
SISTER CITIES COMMISSION
Leon Matthews, reappointed to serve a second full five -year term, said term
expiring on January 5, 2010.
Carmen McHaney, reappointed to serve a second full five -year term, said term
expiring on January 5, 2010.
LITTLE ROCK ZOO BOARD OF GOVERNORS
David M. Graf, reinstated to complete his 2nd full Three -year term, said term
expiring on February 16, 2007.
SECTION 2. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
