6107 RESOLUTION NO. 6,107 A RESOLUTION URGING THE INTERSTATE COMMERCE COMMISSION TO GRANT THE APPLICATION OF GREY- HOUND LINES, INC. FOR THE AUTHORITY TO OPERATE A MOTOR BUS SERVICE BETWEEN TEXARKANA, TEXAS AND LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS AND MEMPHIS, TENNESSEE. WHEREAS, Greyhound Lines filed an application on October 16, 1978 with the Interstate Commerce Commission to provide passenger bus service between Texarkana, Texas and Memphis, Tennessee over Interstate Highway 30 and 40, serving the intermediate point of Little Rock, Arkansas; and WHEREAS, such service would greatly benefit the citizens of Little Rock. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS : SECTION 1. That the Little Rock Board of Directors urges the Interstate Commerce Commission to grant the appli- cation. SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
