CARTER FOR THE PURCHASE OF PROPERTY; DIRECTING THE CITY ATTORNEY TO PREPARE THE NECESSARY DOCUMENTS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
