A RESOLUTION AMENDING IN PART RESOLUTION NO 4 ,939
PERTAINING TO LIMOUSINE SERVICE TO AND FROM THE
LITTLE ROCK MUNICIPAL AIRPORT; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. Subsection (a) of Section 1 of Resolution
No. 4 , 939 adopted by the Board of Directors February 6 , 1973 ,
is hereby amended to read as follows:
a) $2 . 25 per passenger within the area of the City
of Little Rock bounded by Gaines Street on the
West, the Arkansas River on the North, Airport
Drive and East Tenth Street extended on the East
and Roosevelt Road on the South.
SECTION 2 . Except to the extent as amended by this
Resolution, all other provisions of Resolution No. 4 ,939 shall
continue in full force and effect.
SECTION 3 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
