RESOLUTION NO 5 ,340
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER
TO MAKE APPLICATION FOR COMMUNITY DEVELOP-
MENT BLOCK GRANT FUNDS; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. The City Manager, acting for and on behalf
of the City of Little Rock, is hereby authorized and directed
to file application with the United States Government for
Community Development Block Grant funds to be used by the
City of Little Rock in accordance with a proposed budget
which is attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein.
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
