A RESOLUTION ''AIVING THE RIGHT TO PURCHASE
CERTAIN LANDS IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK
UNDER AND PURSUANT TO THE MASTER STREET.
PLAN ADOPTED BY ORDINANCE NO. 10,929, AS
AMENDED; AUTHORIZING ISSUANCE OF A BUILD-
ING PERMIT; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARIANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City of Little lock does hereby
waive its right to purchase certain lands under and pur-
suant to the Master Street Plan adopted and in force by
virtue of Ordinance No. 10,929 , which lands appear in the
right-of-way for the proposed extension of East 17th
Street in the City of Little Rock, Arkansas. The waiver
of the option and right to purchase by virtue of the pro-
visions of said Ordinance is applicable to the following
described lands:
All of Block 21, i!anufacturer' s Addition
to the City of Little :' ock, located wholly
within the SW; 4 of the NW-4,- of Section 12,
Township 1 North, Lange 12W in Pulaski
County, Arkansas; and,
Part of the SE4 of Section 11, Township 1
North, Range 12j:i, Pulaski County, Arkansas
described as follows:
Begin in the SE corner of the NE- , SA of
Section 11, Township 1 North, Range 12W;
run thence , est a distance of 86 feet, more
or less, to a point on the East right-of-way
line of the Chicago, Rock Island & Pacific
railroad and the point of beginning of the
land described herein; run thence est a
distance of 242 feet to a point; run thence
in a Northwesterly direction and parallel
with the East fence line of Oakland Cemetery
for a distance of 1, 318.5 feet; run thence
:Last for a distance of 346.5 feet, more or

less, which point is on the East right-of-
way line of the Chicago, :ock Island & Pacific
Railroad, then run South a distance of 1, 317
feet to the point of beginning.
Subject to the right-of-way of the Chicago,
Rock Island & Pacific Railroad Company, said
right-of-way being 100 feet in width and ex-
tending in a North-South direction along the
East boundary line of the land herein des-
cribed and all in Pulaski County, Arkansas;
and,
The Eastern portion of South Shop Acreage.

Section 12, Township 1 North, Range 12�;,
Pulaski County, Arkansas; and, Lots 22 - 20
Manufacturer' s Addition to the City of Little
dock, Arkansas.
SECTION 2. The City Manager and agencies of
the City of Little Rock are hereby authorized and directed
to issue to Arkansas Foundry Company a building permit
permitting the erection of structures on and over the afore-
described lands conditioned, however, upon compliance by
Arkansas Foundry Company with all other applicable Ordin-
ances of the City pertaining to the erection of structures.
SECTION 3. This esolution shall be in full
force and effect from and after its adoption.
