3402 RESOLUTION NO. 3,402 A RESOLUTION FIXING A DATE FOR HEARING THE PETITION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES, ARKANSAS SCHOOL FOR THE BLIND AND DEAF TO CLOSE A PORTION OF TWENTY-FIRST STREET IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, BETWEEN MADISON AND WASHINGTON STREETS WHEREAS , a petition having been filed with the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock by the Board of Trustees , Arkansas School for the Blind and Deaf, praying that the portion of Twenty-first Street be closed between Madison Street and the east end of Lot 3 in Block 1, Hyde Park Addition; now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: Section 1. That the 18th day of October 1965 , at 7:30 p.m. , in the Board Chambers , City Hall, is the date fixed for hearing on the petition. Section 2. That the City Clerk give notice of such hearing by publication, once a week for two consecutive weeks in some newspaper published in the County and having a general circulation in the City, stating in said notice the name of the petitioner and a description of the portion of the street to be vacated and advising all persons that on the date named above, the Board will hear the petition and determine whether the aforesaid portion of Twenty- first Street shall be vacated.
