3385 RESOLUTION Nu. 3,385 A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A DEDICATION DEED TO CERTAIN LANDS FOR USE AS A PART OF NORTH BRYANT STREET IN THE CITY OF LITTLE RUCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: SECTION 1. A certain dedication deed dated June 1, 1965, executed by Irene Garner, Eddie Holland, Administra- tor of the Estate of D. H. Garner, Deceased, t\lorthen Bank and Trust Company, J. Weingarten, Incorporated and First Federal Savings and Loan Association, dedicating for pub- lic uses certain lands comprising a part of North Bryant Street in the City of Little Rock, is hereby accepted. SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to record said deed which is in form and substance as follows: D E D I C A T I O N D E E D KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That we, IRENE GARNER, EDDIE HOLLAND, Administrator of the Estate of D. H. Garner, deceased, WORTHEN BANK & TRUST COMPANY, J.
