A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A DEDICATION
DEED TO CERTAIN LANDS FOR USE AS A
PART OF NORTH BRYANT STREET IN THE
CITY OF LITTLE RUCK; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. A certain dedication deed dated June 1,
1965, executed by Irene Garner, Eddie Holland, Administra-
tor of the Estate of D. H. Garner, Deceased, t\lorthen Bank
and Trust Company, J. Weingarten, Incorporated and First
Federal Savings and Loan Association, dedicating for pub-
lic uses certain lands comprising a part of North Bryant
Street in the City of Little Rock, is hereby accepted.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to record said deed which is in form and substance
as follows:

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That we, IRENE GARNER, EDDIE HOLLAND, Administrator of the Estate of
D. H. Garner, deceased, WORTHEN BANK & TRUST COMPANY, J. WEINGARTEN, INCORPORATED
and FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS & LOAN ASSOCIATION, hereby grant and dedicate to the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas for the public use forever as a public road, the
following described property lying within the City of Little Rock, County of
Pulaski, to-wit:
The East 15 feet of that part of Block 5, PLUNKETT'S
SUBDIVISION OF FOREST PARE ADDITION, lying South of
Cantrell Road; and, +v
The East 10 feet of Lot 1, Block 1, RATTERREE'S FOREST
PARK HIGHLAND' S ADDITION; and,
The East 10 feet of Lot 12, Block 1, RATTERREE' S FOREST
PARK HIGHLAND'S ADDITION; and,
The East 10 feet of Lot 1, Block 2, RATTERREE' S FOREST
PARK HIGHLAND' S ADDITION; and,
The East 25 feet of the East 165 feet of the North 66.75
feet of the South 267 feet of the SW4 SWJ NEk NWk, Section
36, Township 2 North, Range 13 West; and
The East 25 feet of the East 165 feet of the South 133.5
feet of the SW} SWk NEk NWT, Section 36, Township 2 North,
Range 13 West; and,
The West 25 feet of the 4 SWk NEk NW's, Section 36, Town-
ship 2 North, Range 13 West; and,
The West 25 feet of the E4 NW} NEk NWk,Section 36, Town-
ship 2 North, Range 13 West, lying south of Cantrell Road;
and,
The East 50 feet of the West 358 feet of the N31 Ni SEk NWT,
Section 36, Township 2 North, Range 13 West; and,
A 50 feet right-of-way for a public street in Block 11,
RIFFEL & RHOTON'S FOREST PARK HIGHLAND'S ADDITION being
25 feet right and 25 feet left of a line described as:
Beginning at a point on the West line of said Block 11,
136.75 feet South of the Northwest corner thereof; thence
East 631.7 feet to a point 25 feet South of the Southwest
corner of Lot 18, HALL COVE, an Addition to the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas ; and,
A 50 foot right-of-way for a public street in Block 11,
RIFFEL & RHOTON'S FOREST PARK HIGHLAND'S ADDITION being
25 feet right and 25 feet left of a line described as :
Beginning at a point on the North line of said Block 11,
313 feet East of the Northwest corner thereof; thence South
111.75 feet to a point.

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD to the said City of Little Rock as a public
street and right-of-way.
