A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE DEDICATION OF
CERTAIN RIGHT-OF-WAY WITHIN THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES,
WHEREAS, Harry M. Booe and Vica M. Booe have executed a
Dedication Deed running in favor of the public for road and
street purposes and have delivered same to the City of Little
Rock; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City of Little Rock to
accept said dedication;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. A Dedication Deed, dated April 28, 1965,
dedicating unto the public for road and street purposes certain
lands lying in the West one-half (W2) of the Northeast quarter
(NEt) of the Southeast quarter (SEt) of the Northwest quarter
(NWt) , Section 2 (S-2), Township 1 North (T-1-N), Range 13
West (R-13-W) , located within Pulaski County and the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas, which deed was executed by Harry M. Booe,
and Vica M. Booe, his wife, is hereby accepted.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed
to record said deed in the office of the Circuit Clerk and
ex-officio recorder in and for Pulaski County, Arkansas. The
deed referred to in Section 1 hereof and in this section is in
form and substance as follows:
DEDICATION DEED
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That we, Harry M. Booe and Vica M. Booe, his wife, being
the owners of property hereinafter described, for and in con-
sideration of the benefits to accrue to us, which we hereby
acknowledge to be of value, do hereby grant, bargain, and ded-
icate unto the public, forever, a perpetual right, privilege,
and easement for a public road, property situated in Pulaski
County, Arkansas, and described as follows, to-wit:
Part of the W1 of the NE4 of the SE4 of the Nigh of Section
2 , Township 1 North, Range 13, West, Pulaski County, Ark-
ansas described as follows: Beginning at a point 596 feet
North of the center of said SE4 NA and 40 feet South of
the center line of the existing pavement of West Markham
Street, thence East parallel to and 40 feet from said cen-
ter line 247.5 feet, thence North 20 feet, thence West par-
allel to and 20 feet from said center line 247.5 feet,
thence South 20 feet to the point of beginning.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD said easement, rights, and privileges
unto the public, for the purposes aforesaid.
In witness whereof we have hereunto set our hands and seals
on this 3 day of 9.5.

BE IT REMEMBERED, That on this date came before me, the under-
signed, a Notary Public within and for the county aforesaid, duly
commissioned and acting Harry M. Booe and Vica M. Booe, his wife,
to me well known as the grantors in the foregoing instrument and
stated that they had executed the same for the consideration and
purposes therein mentioned and set forth.
And on the same day also voluntarily appeared before me, the
said Vica M. Booe, wife of the said Harry M. Booe to me well known
and declared that she had, of her own free will, executed said
instrument and signed and sealed the relinquishment of dower and
homestead in the said instrument for the consideration and pur-
poses therein contained and set forth, without compulsion or un-
due influence of her said husband.
