2429 1 ( SOLUTION NO. 2429 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TEL KROGER COMPANY THE PRIVILEGE TO CURE OR CORRECT ANY DEFAULT ON THE PART OF EAST 26th STREET DEVELOPMENT CORP. UNDER THE TERMS OF A CERTAIN LEASE AGREE- MENT DATED JUNE 11, 1959, BETWEEN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK AND SAID EAST 26th S'1'K�.+.;T DEVELOPMENT CORP. ; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: SECTION 1. The Kroger Company, as Sub-Lessee of certain property of the City of Little Rock, leased to East 26th Street Development Corp. , pursuant to provisions of Resolution No. 2361 as amended, is hereby granted the privilege to correct and cure any default under the terms of said Lease Agreement dated June 11, 1959, caused or permitted by said East 26th Street Development Corp. SECTION 2. Before the City of Little Rock exercises any right, remedy, or option, whether to cancel said lease or otherwise, dae to default on the part of said East 26th Street Development Corp. , the City will give the Kroger Company thirty (30) days written notice of such intent to cancel and permit the Kroger Company to cure any such default.
