AN ORDINANCE DECREASING THE ANNUAL COLLECTION OF BE"MFITS IN STREET
EvH'ROVEidENT DISTRICT NUIv1BER 4852 OF THE C117 OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKAN SAS .
Mr-M'RE'AS, a year ago an Ordinance t;ias passed increasing the
annual collection of benefits in this district to raise sufficient
money to off -set the amount of funds which the district had in the
American Exchange Trust Company, and
��MEREAS, the collection of benefits was increased from
seven and one half (72) per centum to ten (10) per centum, and
whereas, when all delinquent taxes are paid, there will be suffi-
c lent funds to pay th� nds of said district;
THE EF ORE , IT IS NOW 0 RDAIN -M BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK , ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the several lots, blocks, parcels, and
other subdivisions of real property within said Street Improvement
District Number 485, of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, be, and
they are, hereby, assessed according to tLe assessment list for
said improvement district as the same now remains in the office of
the City Clerk of the City of Little Rock, 4rkansas, and as the same
may be annually readjusted by the Board of Assessors and that seven
and one half per centum (712fo) of said assessment of the value of
benefits on each of the said lots, blocks, parcels, and other sub-
divisions of land shall be paid annually on or before the lst day
of September, of eahc year. The next annual payment shall be made
on or before the 1st day of September, 1932.
Section 2. That ell ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed and that this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect froia and after its passage.
