AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING
SECTION 43 -2 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following properties
Â-__ -.be acid is hereby changed as indicated;
Subsection (a) - Z -2898 - described as the south 85.0 ft. of
Lots 1 and 4, and all of Lots 5 through 8, Block 18, and the south 20 ft. of
Lot 3, all of Lot 4, and the south 85.0 ft. of Lots 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 12 and 13,
and all of Lots 14 through 18, Block 20, Factoria 3rd Addition to the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas, and the unplatted part of the NW'k NEk of Section 18,
T -1 -N, R -11 -W, lying south of the south right -of -way line of East Roosevelt
Road and north of the center line of Old Fourche Creek, all in the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas, containing 11.5 acres more or less. From: "A" One -
family District To: "I" Light Industrial District.
Subsection (b) - Z -2906 - described as all of Lot 1, Block 2,
Riffel and Rhoton Forest Park Highlands. From: "D" Apartment District To:
"E -1" Quiet Business District; and all of the Wk Wk, Block 5, Plunkett's
Subdivision of Forest Park Addition, except the south 140 ft. From: "A"
One - family District To: "F" Commercial District; and all of the south 140 ft.
of Wk Wk, Block 5, Plunkett's Subdivision of Forest Park Addition. From:
"A" One - family District To: "D" AWtment District.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the Code
of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District Map" be
and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to
effect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its passage and approval.
