same until such tirie as he shall have been reimbursed his
cost of construction plus 35 per cent, together aith 10 per
cent interest per annum from the dates of his expenditures
plus 35 per cents When said sewer should revert to the city; and

ci. y. Stansberry was required, upon the completion of the
construction of said sewer, to file with the city clerk an
itemized statement of the cost of construction of same,
sworn_ to by said W. B. Stansberry and approved by the suoer-
intendent of public works. whLeh statement shall become the
basis of settlement and tu- nin,,; said serer over to the city; and
WHEREAS, said ' , i. B. Stansberry has filed with the City
Clerk an open letter, not under oath, and not a -pproved by the
superintendent of public .corks, stating the cost of said server

WHEREAS, it is to the interest of the city and of the cit-

RESOLVED, Thgt said W.B. Stansberry be required to file
with the City Clerk a sworn statement in accordance with the
said ordinance, which statement shall contain full details and
have attached thereto his original payrolls or copies thereof,
showing all amounts paid out for labor, dates paid and to whom,
and receipted bills for materials or authenticated copies there-
of, showing all material purchased for said sewer line, by
dates
items, from whom purchased,/and amounts paid therefor; which
said statement shall bear the approval of the superintendent
of public works, if he shall approve the same, or a notation of
his disapproval if he shall so disapprove it; and that said
statement when filed shall be referred to the Sanitation Commit-
tee of the City Council for examination and report,
