A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE DONATION BY PAUL O.
MORRIS, JR. OF APPROXIMATELY THREE ACRES OF
LAND ADJACENT TO GRASSY FLAT CREEK AT RODNEY
PARHAM ROAD AND EXPRESSING APPRECIATION FOR
THE DONATION OF THE LAND.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Board of Directors hereby accepts
approximately three acres of land donated by Paul O. Morris, Jr.
which is located adjacent to Grassy Flat Creek at Rodney Parham
Road and expresses it deepest appreciation for Mr. Morris'
donation of the land. The acquisition of this land is of the
highest priority to the City in order to solve drainage problems
in the area and to further develop the City's green finger parks
concept.
