Code Ann. X14 -54 -104, a private sewer easement and a private water line 13 easement located at 1901 East Roosevelt Road, being Lot 1 of Strafco's Replat of Goff's 14 Number 1 Addition to the City of Little Rock. 15 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF 16 THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: 17 Section 1. The hearing on the ordinance to abandon the above - mentioned 18 right -of -way shall be held at a meeting of the Board of Directors of the City of Little 19 Rock in the Board Room of City Hall at six o'clock on the 18th day of May, 2004. 20 Section 2.
