7 NUMBER 1 ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK;
8 AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

10 WHEREAS, a petition has been filed with the City Clerk requesting that the
11 Board of Directors vacate and abandon, pursuant to its general police power authority
12 under Ark. Code Ann. X14 -54 -104, a private sewer easement and a private water line
13 easement located at 1901 East Roosevelt Road, being Lot 1 of Strafco's Replat of Goff's
14 Number 1 Addition to the City of Little Rock.
15 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
16 THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
17 Section 1. The hearing on the ordinance to abandon the above - mentioned
18 right -of -way shall be held at a meeting of the Board of Directors of the City of Little
19 Rock in the Board Room of City Hall at six o'clock on the 18th day of May, 2004.
20 Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice of such hearing in
21 the manner prescribed by law by publication once a week for two consecutive weeks in
22 a newspaper published in Pulaski County, Arkansas, and having a general circulation
