11741• • 1 RESOLUTION NO. 11,741 2 A RESOLUTION TO AMEND LITTLE ROCK ARK., 3 RESOLUTION NO. 11,594 TO CHANGE HOME FUNDING 4 APPROVAL FROM WATERSHED HUMAN & COMMUNITY 5 AGENCY, INC. TO STONEWOOD APARTMENTS LIMITED 6 PARTNERSHIP; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. 7 8 WHEREAS, on September 9, 2003, the Board adopted Resolution No. 11,594 9 approving funding under the HOME Investment Partnership Program for Watershed 10 Human & Community Agency, Inc., and 11 WHEREAS, subsequent to said award, Watershed Human & Community 12 Agency, Inc. formed another entity, Stonewood Apartments Limited Partnership, which 13 will own and operate the affordable housing development funded with HOME 14 Investment Partnership monies, and 15 WHEREAS, representatives of Stonewood Apartments Limited Partnership have 16 requested that the City change the award of HOME Investment Partnership funding 17 from Watershed Human & Community Agency, Inc. to Stonewood Apartments Limited 18 Partnership to reflect the change in property ownership. 19 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF 20 THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: 21 Section 1. The Board approves the amendment of Little Rock, Ark., 22 Resolution No. 11,594, to reflect the change of HOME Investment Partnership funding 23 in the amount of $100,000.00 from Watershed Human & Community Agency, Inc. to 24 Stonewood Apartments Limited Partnership. 25 Section 2. Severability. Section 3. Repealer. All ordinances and resolutions are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
