CAR WASH PROPERTY LOCATED AT 9020 GEYER SPRINGS ROAD (Z- 7015 -A). WHEREAS, an application was filed by Clean Tech Ventures, Inc. with the Little Rock Planning Commission for a revised conditional use permit to allow for the placement of several additional vacuum islands on the C -3 zoned car wash property located at 9020 Geyer Springs Road; and WHEREAS, the Little Rock Planning Commission, at its May 23, 2002 meeting, voted to deny the application for a revised conditional use permit by a vote of 0 ayes, 9 noes and 2 absent; and WHEREAS, the applicant has amended the application to include only two additional vacuum islands which are to be located within the paved parking lot, directly east of the automatic car wash tunnel. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS. SECTION 1. The action of the Little Rock Planning Commission in denying a revised conditional use permit to allow for placement of additional vacuum islands on the C -3 zoned car wash property located at 9020 Geyer Springs Road is hereby rescinded. SECTION 2. Said revised conditional use permit is hereby approved specifically to allow the placement of two additional vacuum islands which are to be located within the paved parking lot of the subject property, directly east of the automatic car wash tunnel. SECTION 3.
