A RESOLUTION TO ADD CERTAIN STRUCTURES AND
REMOVE CERTAIN STRUCTURES FROM THE CONDEMNATION
ORDINANCE NO. 17,955; AND FOR OTHER PUROPSES
WHEREAS, on March 9, 1999 Little Rock Board of Directors passed Little
Rock Ordinance No. 17,955, which condemned certain structures declared to be
a public nuisance as a result of damage from the 1999 tornadoes: and
WHEREAS, Section 5 of Ordinance No. 17,955 permits City staff to make
an administrative determination that certain structures could be removed from
and added to the above ordinance if such action would not pose substantial risk
to public health, safety and welfare of persons in the vicinity of the structure; and
WHEREAS, city staff has made the administrative determination that
certain structures should be added to and removed from the ordinance based
upon an inspection following the passage of Ordinance No. 17,955.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The following addresses contain structures to be added to the
condemnation ordinance, Little Rock Ordinance No. 17,955 (March 9,1999):

SECTION 2. The following addresses contain structures that have already
been demolished by the owner and, therefore will be removed from the
